Giles Norman, a self taught photographer, exhibits and sells a unique and exceptional collection of black & white landscape photographs in his shop in Kinsale.
Kinsale Pottery and Art School Is a teaching centre for arts and crafts, with a large and exciting gallery-space on-site. The pottery is not about mass-producing repetitious work for the dinner table. It is a studio pottery with one-off, original sculptural work as its main theme. The launch of The Olcote Gallery, upstairs in the Coach-house at Olcote, has allowed a group of Irish artists, both in 3D and 2D media, to exhibit their work throughout the year. In addition, during the year there are several solo or two artist exhibitions, and two or three student shows for students of Kinsale Pottery and Art School
Rossmore Country Pottery is a family run business established
over 20 years ago by Jim Turner and Etain Hickey, producing
ranges of practical domestic stoneware and limited editions
of one-off pieces decorated and sculptural.
